About Yardimo
Yardimo is an AI powered live chat support system that small and mid sized businesses can install on their websites. This page explains why we built it, how we think about the problem and what stage the product is at today.
Why we built it
A business in Turkey that wanted live chat on its website had two options: a chat box that only works while an agent is watching it and closes after hours, or a foreign tool that thinks in English and tries to speak Turkish.
Neither felt good enough. Visitors ask questions at midnight too, and they expect an answer written in natural language. Yardimo exists to close that gap.
What we believe
Three things should be product decisions rather than marketing lines.

Genuinely understanding Turkish
An answer that reads like a translation does not build trust. The assistant learns the language of your site and replies in the same tone.

An AI that does not invent
Answers are built from your content only. When it does not know, it says so and passes the topic to you.

Setup in five minutes
Installing support software should not turn into a project. Account, crawl, one line of code; a coffee break in total.
How we treat your data
Your knowledge base and your conversations are your data. They live in our own database tied to your account, are never used in other customers' assistants and are never handed to model training.
If you close your account you can export your data or ask us to delete it. From your visitors we collect only what support actually requires.
Where we are today
Yardimo is a new product. We do not have thousands of customer stories and we are not going to pretend we have a history we do not.
Right now we are building the product together with its first users. If something is missing for you, write to us; our roadmap follows real needs.
