How does the trial work?
When you sign up you use Yardimo free for 14 days and we do not ask for a card. When the trial ends your widget no longer appears on your site and the AI stops answering; your dashboard stays open and your conversation history and knowledge base are not deleted. Once you pick a plan, everything continues where it left off.

Will you remind me before my trial ends?
Yes. We remind you by email before your trial ends: 3 days before and on the day it ends.

What happens when my monthly messages run out?
The widget does not disappear and the chat window stays open. AI replies pause for the rest of the month and incoming messages go into the agent queue. To move up a plan, contact us; AI replies resume as soon as we update your account.

Do I have to give card details?
Not for the trial. We only ask for card details when you decide to move to a paid plan.

Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. For plan changes, purchases and cancellation, contact us and we will update your account. When your paid plan ends your widget no longer appears on your site, but your conversation history and knowledge base are not deleted.

Do the prices include tax?
Turkish Lira prices on this page are shown without VAT, which is added separately at the legal rate. Dollar prices are shown excluding tax.

Can I change my plan later?
Yes. For plan changes and purchases, contact us and we will update your account.

How does the yearly discount work?
On yearly billing you pay for ten months and get two months free. That is roughly a 17 percent discount and the amount is invoiced once.

Where is my data stored?
Your knowledge base and conversations are stored in our own database, tied to your account. Your data is never used in other customers' assistants and never handed to model training.

How does billing and payment work?
Online payment is not open yet. For plan changes and purchases, contact us; we agree on the payment method with you and update your account ourselves.
